Opening of the New Brampton, Ontario Skatepark.

Canadian Roll made it out for the opening of the new skatepark that was opened in Brampton, Ontario. While we were there we met up with the Task-Around Tour and all the other rollers who were skating and watching the event. Unfortunately when the rolling demo started it began to rain, so some of the photos did not come out the way I wanted them to, Luckily I had Leon Basin and Katy Demtrious helping me with some of the pictures. On a personal note, much respect goes out to Dave Ghent for helping make this event possible, I hope people go to the Ontario Popularity Contest Competition that will be held Monday May 19th 2008, fore more details go to http://www.daveghent.com/bramptoncomp/

MYCK + Wheel Love Collaboration

A while ago the guys from the Wheel Love blog got some “Milk” wheels from MYCK. The wheels came blank with white and black cores.

Recently one of the members of Wheel Love decided to put a graphic on his wheels, and label them the “Eugene wheels.” If you want to see the original post go HERE.

I personally think it is a great idea to grab blanks and I really like the idea of a fake pro wheel. Once again, another creative idea from the guys over at Wheel Love. Keep up the great work guys.

Kingdom Magazine, the Unused Pages

Kingdom Magazine just updated with a look at all the content that did not make the cut for their fifth issue. A lot of this content looks really good and very interesting, and because it is the “cut” content, it can only lead me to believe that issue five will be spectacular. If you want to see the original document so you can better make out the pictures and actually read the captions go HERE.
