The Conference just put up an edit of the Illusion Tour they are holding. The edit features a lot of great skating, and also features Richie Eisler killing it in Europe. Overall a great edit that I think everyone should check out.

MTL Classic Reminder and Update.
As of today (August 15th) the Montreal Classic Competition is only 4 days away. The competition will be held on August 19th at South-Parc skatepark and hosted by D-structure. This is one of Canada’s biggest rolling competitions so I hope a lot of people make it out. A schedule of the event has been posted on the D-Structure website and can be found HERE in excel format. The important information is as follows
- Registration for Amature is first come first serve.
-Only 80 skaters in the Am competition.
-$30 dollars to enter.
-Waiver forms signed by parents if your under 18.
-Registration for the Pro and Am contest will be at 6-9PM on August 18th.
-Top 5 Ams can skate in the Pro competition.
-There will be a practice session for the Pro and Ams as well as VIP’s from 6PM-12AM on the 18th.
-Registration will also take place on August 19th for only 1 hour from 9-10AM.
-There will be 30 competitors allowed in the Pro competition.- 10 heats of 3 skaters for 3 minutes with the top 15 advancing.
- $40 dollars to enter Pro.
-Pro comp will take place from 5:30-7PM on the 19th.
-Pro finals will take place from 7-7:30PM on the 19th.
-Prize money is divided as follows.
5th place = $150
4th place = $200
3rd = $400
2nd = $750
1st = $1500
